How can you get people in china to stop skinning animals?

Well my friend sent me this video of the horrible ways Chinese skin dogs and raccoons! How can we try and stop it?

if they have enough money to feed themselves and their family, they wouldn't have to hurt animals to make money.

I don't think people would intentionally torture animals for fun...

Also, the people to blame aren't the Chinese skinning the animals - but the people who are actually buying the skins!
