  1. there are whitening creams like niveas. if you use that along with a high spf like 45-85 SPF and reapply every hour (so you wont get tan or skin cancer)

also exfoliating helps a lot just exfoliate often. i know whenever i get tan and i exfoliate it goes away. even just shaving my legs takes the tan away by exfoliating that area. if you get a good exfoliating scrub and exfoliate your legs or everywhere it should take away half to most of your tan alone.

as you grow the tan will fade if you don't continue to get tan. your skin creates new cells everyday by mitosis and those cells are not tan.

recent tans fade after about a month. exfoliating speeds up that process and also takes away old tan.

using the high SPF sunscreen, the whitening cream, exfoliater, and by staying out of sun and in shade will help whiten you up. also, give it time. maybe a few months, but you will get back to light.

when this happens you shouldn't have any tan lines and that's how you'll know.

hope this helps :) good luck getting whitened up!

  2. Use Bleaching Creams to whiten skin follow directions on the jar of cream, you can purchase these at a drugstore such as riteaid or savon or any of those pharmacies Good Luck !

  3. Use lotion with a rating of spf  of 30 or above before you go out, and limit the amount of skin in direct sunlight.  Also if your car is not tinted be sure to do that to. But if you work outdoors, It's gonna be tough. Just plenty of sunblock on all exposed skin and long sleeves with a wide brim hat.
