  1. try asking your dentist to perform deep cleaning and root planing.this really works.i used to have stage 1 gingivitis, but after the procedure, everything was cleared and my gums are very healthy.

  2. there is special kinds of mouthwash and toothpaste that u can get at a reg. grocery store.

  3. Hello, depending on the extent of your gum tissue issues, you may need some deep scaling or possibly a gingivectomy procedure. That procedure will, for lack of a better layman definition, give your gum tissue a fresh start at healing...You will need a round of antibiotics as well.. See your dentist and he or she will be able to best say what procedure will be required to deal with your gum tissue problem. Good luck and I wish you well.

  4. Rinse with salt water. And when you brush, make sure you are making your gums bleed. I know it kind of hurts, but by doing that, you will start getting rid of your gingivitis. (also try listerine once in a while)

I hope it works, I have gingivitis and it is helping me . .  .
