  1. They basically heal on their own I wouldnt recomment popping it or anything.  If you would like find the actual hair that is causing it and take it out with sterilized tweezers and continue to place a hot hot rag over your eye to cause the swelling to go down.  You can boil it on the stove or put it in the microwave if you like.

  2. warm bath with lots of water throughout your eye / dont rub your eyes alot

sleep will help as well. :]

  3. Try putting a warm wash cloth on it. Just leave it there and everytime it gets cold, make it warm by putting it under warm water.

  4. UGH! I HATE STYES! they're so annoying. i had one one time and it got huge. now i have 3 but they're still really small, and i'm trying to get rid of them.

wash you eye with hot water.

2.get a small piece of cloth and dip it in the water and put it on your eye

3.buy OcuSOFT eyelid scrub, it helps because styes form on the eyelid and you can scrub it, but don't get it in your eye, if you do wash it.

4.you could wash it with johnson's baby wash-close your eye and wash it with hot water when finished scrubbing it.

5.no matter how bad it itches, don't itch

6.don't wipe your eyes with anything

7.don't touch the stye or eye with the stye with you hand because if your touch your eye that doesn't have it it will spread to that one.

8.keep washing even if you don't feel like it.

9.PUT HOT WATER ON THE SMALL CLOTH AND LEAVE IT ON FOR 10 MINUTES. DO THIS 4 TIMES DAILY!

    10. whatever you do DON'T POP IT

i really hoped i helped. i do this all the time, when i see it forming.

    EDIT!

    Step1

Use a towel to apply a warm compress to your eye for approximately 15 minutes to help speed up the process necessary to get rid of styes. Use the compress between 4 to 6 times a day, or as much as necessary, while keeping your eyes closed. Try gently scrubbing the eyelid with warm water and a mild soap to help the stye drain.

    Step2

Limit your use of cosmetics when you have a stye, especially eye creams, lotions and makeup, to help get rid of it. You should also get rid of all makeup and cosmetic tools, such as eyelash curlers and makeup brushes, to prevent spreading the infection if these items have become contaminated by the bacteria that causes styes.

    Step3

Stop wearing your contact lenses when you have styes. This will help prevent the infection from spreading to your cornea or other areas of your eye. Throw out any contact lenses that you wore before you the stye occurred to be sure that you do not allow the bacteria to reinfect you.

    Step4

Consult your doctor if your styes do not go away despite home treatment or if they are especially irritating or painful. A medical professional will be able to make a small incision into the sty using a needle, allowing the pus to drain. This will usually speed up the healing process.

    Step5

Use prescription medications recommended by your doctor to get rid of styes. Antibiotic ointments are sometimes used to treat styes through application to the eyelids. Amoxicillin is also sometimes prescribed, as well over-the-counter medications, such as Tylenol, which can be used to treat the pain sometimes associated with styes.

    Step6

Clean styes that burst open on their own thoroughly using mild soap and warm water. You should never pop a stye no matter how temping it seems, due to their similarities to pimples. The wounds caused by burst styes can lead to a serious infection.
