  1. eat lots of apples and try to stay away from cigarets and coffee for real.

You can always get them bleached to.

  2. quit smoking if you do, talk to dentist

  3. Baking soda works, but is a little rough.

Whitening toothpastes are fine, and whitening strips are best IMO, but a little inconvenient.

Look for Crest whitening strips on the net and see how they are used.

I do know that they work, if you are patient enough to use them, and sleep with them on, hopefully nobody ever chokes on them?

  4. brush your teeth

  5. THERE IS A NORMAL YELLOWISH TINT TO NATURAL HEALTHY TEETH BECAUSE THE UNDERLYING COLOR BENEATH THE WHITE ENAMEL IS YELLOW IN COLOR. A THINNING OF THE ENAMEL IS WHAT CAUSES THE YELLOW TINT.

BLEACHING WITH WHITENING STRIPS WILL HELP FIX THIS PROBLEM.

THIS IS USUALLY SEEN IN THE CAMINE TEETH WHERE IT'S CLOSE TO THE GUMS AND THE ENAMELL IS THIN.

  6. 1. Use whitening strips which are found in stores such as Walmart.

    2. Talk to your dentist about a "teeth stain removal".

  7. cut back on the soda, coffee and smoking.

  8. Baking soda?

  9. After brushing your teeth regularly with toothpaste, dip the brush of your toothbrush in Scope or any kind of mouthwash and brush your teeth again with just the mouthwash.  I did it for 4 days and the yellow tint stains were gone. :)
