you could try GENTLY rubbing with one of those green kitchen scouring pads .If it doesn't come off its probably not a problem.

Personally, I wouldn't bother.  The stain in the rubber will not transfer to your laundry.  Test it with a damp white cloth.

do not put bleach i the washing machine it will rot the rubber ,use a vanish oxi action stain remover on 60 degrees pre treat the rubber first bye mixing up a paste formula and rubbing on the rubber leave for a while and wash .alternatively use one of those magic sponge cleaners that use only water and rub gently
