How can you get the special iteams at the discount shop in nintendogs like doggie treats, the keyboard etc.?

i try to go to the discoutn shop to get things i cant get at the regluar shop like doggie treats,keyboards,or other special things they sell at the discount shop that you cant get anywhere else..how can i purchase theesse iteams?

It has to do with how many owner points you have.

300 points - Balloons & Pull Rope & Jump Rope

10,000 points - Natural Bag of Dog Food

I couldn't find out how to get the other stuff! Sorry! I have over 10,000 points and I have the dog biscuit and jerky treat. You can also unlock milk and canned food.

To get owner points, walk, brush, bathe, and enter your dogs in contests. You'll get the items at the discount shop in no time!
