My two year old daughter "made a picture" with a candle on top of a picture in a picture frame. I tried glass cleaner and it didn't work. Does anyone know how to get the wax off of the glass?

  2. Use a paper bag(maybe a few, depending on how much wax) and a iron.  Lay bag over wax and heat til you see it melting and coming off.  This works for wax on anything!

  3. Put it in the freezer, if it will fit. After about an hour, the glass and the wax will be cold enough that you'll be able to scrape the wax of easily. It will sort of pop off in sections. Use a credit card as a scraper. If the glass warms up before you can finish, out it back in the freezer.

  4. If it's a frame you can take apart, I'd do that and then soak the glass in HOT water for a few minutes. Use something rigid and straight to scrape off any excess, but the hot water should  do most of the work.

  5. Guess what happens to wax when it's frozen?  It pops right off.  If you think you can freeze the item, or at least the glass plate, it's easier than you think. this also works with votive holders that are full of wax.  Good luck. My kids have done some strange things too....just when I think they start to mature. they show me how wrong I can be!!!

  6. Rubbing alcohol.
