How can you get your black eye shadow from coming off?

I always have this problem. I always wear dark make up, but by the end of the day, it comes off unless i re apply.Can you give any tips on how to keep it on? THANKS A MILLION!

use a primer!

firstly you should try a different type and see wich make is the best, 2ndly you should damp your eyelids a little bit before applying it, this will make it stick to your eye more and go dry and stay on longer instead of flakey and come off :)

Your best bet to fight off the inevitable wearing-off of your eye makeup is to start with a primer. Urban Decay's Primer Potion is great. You put it on under your eye makeup and it will help it last longer and adhere to your skin better.

use a primer or a base. i suggest Urban Decay Primer Potion or Mary Kay Signature Eye Primer. as a base, you could try Revlon Eyeglide, however they are discontinued but you can find them on eBay or at a dollar store (mainly dollar tree).
