How can you get your own job history?

How can I get my job history dating back to 1996. Are there any online groups that can do this? There are places that employers can use for work history confirmation. What if you wanted to know your own history? I can't remember everything and I am talking (everything) throw away jobs included.

Please advise.

Contact your local IRS and request copies... they can give you copies of records that they have (any employers who you were actually employed with - this does not include getting paid under the table).
