How can you get your own online personal psychic that don't cost money?

Psychics are just like everyone else, and are usually paid for their time, not their psychic ability.  Just like you would pay doctors, lawyers,  or hair stylists,  you pay psychics for their time, because they too have families and bills and need to eat. :)

The one thing you can do is avoid 900 numbers and places that charge by the minute.  get a good, genuine psychic who will charge you a set price for a block of time.  20.00 is a fair price for a full reading or half hour reading, though some of them charge up to 500.00-  becuase they are the more 'celebrity'  type psychics.

other than that,  you can learn to develop your psychic gifts for free, and then you won't ever have to pay anyone for it! :)

I do pendulum readings for people online for free when I have the time.  If you're interested, I could do a reading for you.

I'm just doing it for the practice of learning to read strangers, because in the past I've mostly done readings for friends.
