How can you go to sleep early when used to going to bed late?

i need ways to fall asleep early when im used going to sleep late... because of school i dont wont to take any pills i need like routines

  1. Make yourself get up early in the morning and always try to go to sleep at the time you need to. If you keep getting up when you should you will eventually fall asleep earlier.


  2. ALARM CLOCKS.  If you think of anything more successful then let me know.  It helps to have MORE THAN one.

    and set them on buzzer, never radio.

    You have to wake up early, if you want to get to bed early.

    For the first few days, you are just going to have to wing it on less sleep.  Sucks, I know.  Just deal with it.  In a few days, you will be sleeping earlier.

  3. Adjust your body clock by going to bed half hour earlier than you normally do. Do it for a few days, then adjust it again another half hour.

    Even if you don't sleep that bit sooner you will be benefiting from the rest. Eventually you will sleep sooner instead of late.

    I agree with you about the pills - you would be drowsy in the mornings when you need to be alert. Good luck. UK

  4. Skip a night of sleep. Stay up all night long, then go to sleep at 6:00pm the next day. Then the next morning wake up whenever u want and ur schedule will be back on track.
