How can you guys help me identify a species of whale or dolphin?

tide brought in a carcass of a whale or dolphin (this is the question) at our tiny beach resort in the philippines and i need help to identify it. how can i upload the picture for you guys to see?

No. Go to the library and look it up. I assume they have libraries in the Philippines.

Save the picture to your computer, then go to www.photobucket.com

After you create an account, this website will allow you to upload the photo and will then give you a link that can be pasted into a question message box. The link can then be clicked on by others and anyone will be able to see your photograph.
