How can you heal cuts from bug bites?

Question

I'm always being bitten by mosquitoes and I scratch them until they bleed. Then, out of habit, I usually pick at the scabs and make them bleed again.

I'm already working on breaking the habit but I want to know if there are any ways I can help speed up the healing of the cuts I already have?

Neosporin Plus will keep you from scratching the, and make them heal faster.  Any cortisone or benadryl cream would help.  The key is to not scratch in the first place -- I know easier said than done.
