  1. I am not sure if its bad to give her cold milk, i think warm is better. But i warm up my liners in the microwave. Depending on the amount. for 1 ounce i usually do like 8 seconds without putting a lid on the bottle or the little baggies will pop. So put the baggies in the bottle without the lid. and put it in the microwave and when its done test the milk to make sure its not too hot to your touch then you push out the air and put the lid on . dont worry you can warm it even if it says you shouldnt.

  2. warm up some water either in the microwave or on the stove and place the bottle ready to go in the warm water.

make sure you test it out on yourself before giving it to the baby so it isnt hot though.

Giving a baby cold milk I heard can give a baby colic which makes them really irritable which may make it harder on you.

    good luck

  3. Do you mean the liners from a Playtex Nurser?  If so, you can put the milk in the bottle and put the bottle in a cup of warm, not too hot water for a few minutes.  Always check the temp on your wrist or even your lip and never put the bottle/milk in the microwave.

  4. never put in in the microwave. i use these bottles, and i used to just hold it under running hot water for a couple minutes. my son is used to his milk cold now though.
