How do you hold your breath under water without getting it up your nose? I hear that people can circulate the air in their lungs but how?

  1. blow air out your nose when first submerging.

  2. Before you try and hold your breath under water, you can practice and stuff first. Just breathe in and watch a clock or something and try to improve. You can do it whie watching TV. It's easy. Once in the water, you let air out of your nose a little at a time. You can also keep your head tilted forward a little bit and that won't give the water any room to get in.

As for circulating air, I'm an elite swimmer and I've never heard of that one. Just practice, and let air through your nose and I think your should be fine
