How can you increase the picture quality on HyperCam AND is it worth it to buy a license for the product?

I just downloaded HyperCam v. 2.

It's quite good, and very easy to use. However, the quality on a recorded video when played isn't as great as I'd prefer it to be. Is there a way to increase the quality, and make the picture resolution better?

ALSO

I am thinking of purchasing HyperCam, by buying the license. Is this a good idea? I don't like to rush into things, and always research before I make a final decision. It looks like a good product, however, I'd like some advice :)

There are a wide variety of screen recording software you can purchase, better quality software is available at many stores with better picture quality ie, camtasia, also to get better quality buy a better editing program, other than windows movie maker or the default
