How can you increase the quality of audio files?

I have a large quantity of audio files and want to listen to them via my mp3 player while i drive, but the quality is to low and i have to turn the volume up really high to be able to know whats being said. Does anyone know a software that will automatically increase the quality of my audio files, with drag and drop function?

Get Nero v7. It will also enhance and boosts the volume output of your mp3.

maybe if you advance you can use the audacity

There's really no way to add what is not there. You may want to re-rip then from CD at a higher audio quality setting or look for higher res versions to download.
