I usually try to daydream while falling asleep. I'm not sure if it works, as I don't always remember my dreams.

It's called lucid dreaming and people can actually control their dreams, put it is very difficult :P

When ever I think sexual thoughts right before bed it usually does the trick ;D Then again I have VERY VERY weird dreams

Dreams are pretty much uncontrollable. Howeve0r, sometimes if you have something/someone on your mind alot just before bed than they will often appear in your dreams, whether it be sexual or not. It all depends on the capability of your mind / imagination.

Example :

My dreams can consist of s*x with men most of the time, but never EVER with women. The most intimacy I've dreamt of with women is just making out / touching and that's it. That's because I can never imagine myself having s*x with another woman , nor can it 'excite" me to an extent than it does with a man.

Dreams are usually bits and pieces of what happened during your day, so if you watch a video or internet before going to bed, maybe you will dream about it.  I read these before I go to bed, and after reading about women's fantasies with Ellen Degeneres I had a dream that she was lying on top of me and I had an o****m in my sleep!
