You already have two good sugestions this morning. These others are good sugestions.

There is also a product I use in my work when I need to join metal surfaces or seal a particular spot. Its name is Belzona. It is a good but expensive Aerospace quality type product.

JB Weld its an epoxy not particularly strong but pretty good for most applications
