How can you keep your side from hurting while running?

  1. its your lungs...run more and your lungs will be able to control oxygen more efficiently


  2. not drik too much liquids before running

  3. It is a buildup of CO2 in your lungs.  Try and force out the air when you breathe out.

  4. ignore the pain and keep running.

  5. I notice that when I run on a part of the trail where there is loose rocks and I slip a little, it sets off a side stitch sometimes... it's always on the right side too.... So try to run on stable ground, I guess.
