How can you learn to do a backhandspring without gymnastics?

i want to learn how to do a backhandspring but i dont want to have to wait with all the stretching and stuff ant gymnastics wut do i do all my friends can do one but i just ........ cant

  1. Do back bends and kick over from the backbends, eventually get faster.  If you are first starting out, do handstands onto like a sofa or something and it will be easier to kick over, then go into backbends, kick overs and eventually get faster, i have friends that didnt take gymnastics and they learned it...


  2. Get on a trampoline and just keep trying. Do lots of standing backbends. Practice a forward handspring as well. If you are able to bend your back easily then it is just about confidance. Just keep practicing and gain confidance.

    Also, if you have someone who can help you, just do the bending backwards over someones arms and kick up with their help. Doing that over and over until you need less and less help will get you there. They do that in gymnastics as well.

  3. you should do a lot of back walkovers and handstands it will really help to move along the process:)

    But it will take some time.
