  1. Trust me, it ain't easy.

    Just breathe and think about something else. It should help a bit.


  2. Try to put yourself in their shoes-in your imagination. Maybe the jerk that cut you off is in a hurry to get home to a sick kid. Perhaps the snappish cashier just got dumped by her boyfriend. Think of a day when you acted insensitively and why. Even if it not true and they are really just ***holes, at least you feel calmer and have a better day. This works for me!

  3. Change your perspective in life. Be positive always, but not too much to the point of idiotic optimism. When they anger you, just remember that not everyone is perfect, we have to adjust to every situation thrown in our way. Take it as a challenge in prolonging your patience and reward yourself if you felt you did good. Keep reminding yourself that there is always good in everything, we just have to find. if you haven;t found it, it just might not be the right time for you.
