How can you lose 5 pounds?

  1. You can lose a pound a week by eating 500 calories less every day. Then you can add that up by doing some physical activity you enjoy.  


  2. Hm I'd guess exercise, jog everyday 30min. I guess and always always keep yourself hydrated if you do not, you'll become like me, dehydrated (i'm sick). Walk too, take long walks. Also you should do some normal exercises like jumping jacks, jump rope, and some push- ups.

Eat right, exercise and drink lots of water.  Cut out soda it is really bad for you.  One soda a day for a year can pack on 15 pounds.  For every eight ounces of ice cold water you drink you burn 50 calories just to warm it in your stomach so your body can ingest it.  But most important eat right, exercise and drink water.

  4. Jog for 30min a day for a month, you will lose more than 5lbs.

    Also NO JUNKFOOD Goodluck! :)

  5. Cut out soda or fast food for a month or more.  Or both.

  6. Start regular exercise.

    Try Yoga. It looks a bit funny, but is very effective in making a person more flexible, stronger and moving a person towards a more ideal weight.
