hmm, you put 2 sticks in the shape of a T(one vertical one horizontal the horizontal stick on top of the vertical but touching). You then put 4 sticks in the shape of a E(1 vertical 3 horizontal and the vertical stick touching all the others) and lastly you take 3 sticks and make a N(2 vertical sticks spaced apart with a diagonal stick angling down from the left stick to right stick touching the tips)

Ahaa, I've seen this sort of thing before. In my maths class at school. You rearange them so they spell out the word TEN.
