How can you make New Orleans happy?

So I am watching the news and they have New Orleans residents on there complaining about how the Government made them leave the city and disrupted their lives and that this hurricane was a big nothing.

One lady even said "How can they get away with doing this to me".

Aren't these the same people that before were whining that the Government didn't prepare them for and take care of them after Katrina?

Exactly what do the folks in New Orleans what? Why are they always dissatisfied with every Government response to their needs?

I don't know exactly what they want, but they need to leave and we need to turn New Orleans into a lake. Seriously.. would YOU want to  live in a bowl?

Not everyone is going to be happy. There will always be complainers.

I think impossible to give satisfying answer. It is always awful, when inhabitants should leave houses cuz of any accident (natural or...)
