How can you make a 2 account in one goldpack for xbox360 live??

ok i made a account for xbox live in one gold pack. and i wanna make another account, by using same xbox and gold pack. how i do i make one ??

You have one person per membership. You can have guests on some of the games, some times. But to have another account you need another membership  and pay for as you did the first time.

Sorry but this is how it is, does not seem fair.
