How can you make a Yugioh Simorgh Bird of Ancestry deck?

Question

I have 3 of a card called Simorgh, Bird of Ancestry. It is in Light of Destruction. Here is a descripion of the card:

WIND/Level 8/rare [Winged-Beast/Effect]

ATK / 2900 DEF / 2000

Both players Tribute Summon WIND monsters with 1 less Tribute than required. If you Tribute Summon this card by tributing only WIND monsters, return up to 2 cards your opponent controls to their owner's hand. This card is treated as a Normal Monster while in your hand.

I was trying to figure out how to build a deck on this card. Can anybody give me a deck recipe that utilizes this monster's abilities, please? Also, use only cards found in the U.S.A. and the deck has to abide by Advanced Format rules.
