How can you make a marijuana high go away faster?

Yesterday i was in a very bad mood so i decided to get high with my friends (not the first time maybe fifth). I took like 6 hits and wow it was the worst day of my life. I had no idea what i was doing i was gone, i thought i was going to die, i didn't know what was going on, i was in a resturant one minute with my friends, next minute i was in the subway going somewhere, and i just wanted to sleep, i was crying and everything it was just awful, anyone know how i can prevent this from happening ever again besides not smoking because that is my goal but please keep in mind that it is hard so i might do it again.

just not only preventing but also how i can make the high go away faster next time it happens. it lasted about 4 or 5 hours

  1. Sounds like you had a panic attack, that happens sometimes, especially if you're in a really bad mood. There isn't any way I know of to make it go away faster, I don't think you can. However, next time you get high when you're feeling down, try only taking one or two hits, studies have show light use is good for depression but too much can make it worse. Also, beware, any question about weed on here inevitably invoke tons of anti-drug answers, just ignore them, they never know what they're talking about. Good luck and have fun.

    You just smoked too much. If you don't smoke it every day one hit is all it takes to get high.

  4. Don't smoke 6 hits.  Jeez.  That's a lot, even for someone who smokes all the time.  Start with one.  

  5. When you get high, you shouldn't be in a bad mood or have things on your mind (girl problems, family problems, money problems). If there are things bothering you, put them all away and then relax. Once you are chill, you should smoke. Weed's intense, it hightens your emotions. Trust me, I've had bad trips when I'm crying and calling ex-boyfriends and a total mess. You need to remember to relax and just enjoy it.

    A good way to get less high is to eat. Also, I usually sober up if my parents call me or something, lol.

  6. smoke less. know your limit. eat some food. run a mile. get your blood pumping and it will go away fast. have s*x.
