How can you make a stress ball?

you know those balls you can squeeze?? how can i make them?

You can make one by filling a balloon with sand.

I suggest either buying one or get a heavy duty balloon and filling it full of sand or tiny little balls that you can buy at any reasonable craft store. Tye

it very tight. Be careful not to squeeze it too hard, or it will burst and make quite a mess. Don't let little children play with it, or they might burst and swallow it and choke.
