  1. you can use windows movie maker.  


  2. Get clips from the download program limewire.  That's obtainable by downloading it off www.download.com

    Beware of downloading spam files that could contain viruses.

    Then you can either use your Windows Movie Maker (only on microsoft computers) or buy one from the store.  Sony Vegas Movie Studio is a good start but they can get expensive if you get the 7.0 and 8.0 versions.
