How can you make music with water glasses?

You know how in Miss Congeniality sandra bullock plays glasses filled with water? Can someone explain how to do that? (with details if possible)

Just Take The Tip Of You Finger And Rub The Top Of The Glass!

you need some form of crystal drinking vessel, then wet the rim, and go crazy. the amount of water in the glass will determine the frequency (sound)

the glass u use must be made of crystal so not just any glass will do. and then wet your finger, or the rim and there u go :)
