How can you make things glow in the dark/blacklight?

can you make things glow without useing glow in the dark paint, powder, or anything like that. i know basic things that glow in black light like white stuff bodily fluids and highlighters

LOL.. I heard that cat's urine glows.

I don't know of any other way that to use paint, etc.

I'm not sure cuz someone on here said you can't get glow n the dark paint. But i really thought you could just look around.

Heres a good 1.... Next time when having friends come over...do not tell them and put visene in your eyes then turn the black light on..Your eyes will glow a bright golden yellow!!

Short of lighting the things on fire or covering them with s***n or cat pee, no, there really isn't a way to make them fluorescent without painting them. Painting with typical green or yellow glow-in-the-dark paint could result in whatever you want to glow looking like it's covered in snot or something in normal light, though. Most neon-colored paints (especially pink, yellow and orange) will 'glow' under a blacklight, just like highlighter ink.
