I have really muscular legs, so its not a matter of eating healthier.
i want to know how to make the muscle smaller or something.
cause i run and dance and i cant stand the shape and bulkiness of the muscle.
so none of that "eat healthier, and you will be thinner," because you cant get rid of muscle by eating healthy.
I have a really thin upper body, like my ribs stick out, but i have a toned stomach. and that with my muscular legs just looks off-balance to me.
i have thought about getting the muscle removed, but that will s***w up my running/dancing.
I have also tried stretching my legs a lot, but that isn't an option anymore because i am really flexible now, so it doesn't stretch the muscle anymore.
