1.    By doing everything in balance. Neithere much, nor little. In other words it is called "Sanyama" . Eating, drinking, talking, sleeping, laughing, working, wandering, singing , playing, taking rest, and so on, doing everything with "Sanyama". Neithere much, nor little.

2.   By keeping pace with the nature. i.e. wake up with the Sun, return to house with birds and so on.

3.    Leave everything on "Bhole Shankar" the God, If you get something good , he likes so, If you loose something, he wants so, don't be either overjoyed by the former or depressed and sad by the later. Live as he wants you to let live, carry on your work and duties which he has assigned to you.
