pearl drops are good,  or get them polished by a dentist. another way is use the powder, bicarbonate of soda, brush it on with water, its meant to whiten teeth!

Pearl drops are good and are none abrasive.

And use a mouthwash like DENTYLph about 30mins after brushing (twice a day!)
