How can you make your thighs thinner?

  1. It is difficult and actually impossible to just reduce  fat from one spot. You have to lose fat overall and you will see a decrease on thigh fat if that is where yours is stored. You can get liposuction, but only do that if your thighs are incredibly fat.

  2. cardio workouts: running, jogging, cycling. Also, lunges (5 sets of 10 reps on both legs). Try exercising at least 3-4 times a week to see accurate results. Cardio workouts should be at least 30 minutes per session.

  3. just walk around your neighborhood or use a treadmill and eat healthy.
