How can you make yourself have dreams that you'll remember in the morning everday?

I've been having dreams daily for the past week. How can I make them continue?

  1. you probably do dream every night but just don't remember.  before you go to sleep, condition yourself to remembering by relaxing and telling yourself that you do want to remember.  if you're aware of dreaming, remind yourself that you want to remember this and if need be get up and take a few notes to help you remember.  

    not all dreams are that important frankly so maybe we should just be grateful for the ones we do remember.


  2. dreams only happen because of intense motions, well at least dreams you remember. ever have a dream so clearly but in the morning totally forget? its common. it just means your focused on something else on the momment. to have dreams. just think about a lot of things before u sleep. always works for me.

  3. You do dream every night! If you don't dream, you would go insane. It is the subconcious minds way of releasing stress. If your wanting to remember them, tell yourself that you want to every night before you go to sleep, keep a writting pad by your bed and write down everything you remember the first thing when you rise in the morning! It's a matter of conditioning your mind.

  4. Start writing them down as soon as you wake up, if you have to keep a pencil and paper next to your bed.
