  1. No, although tech support might be able to help you. Each router has different firmware through which you can open up ports...the method of doing this is different all throughout. If you like, you can try posting another question that specifies what kind of router you have and you may get the help here. You can also google your router name and "port forwarding" for help.

    To get to your router firmware, usually you only have to enter "192.168.1.1" in your internet browsers address bar and something will come up asking for a username and password...default user names and passwords also depend on what router brand you have.

  4. the ports your talking about are usually just in the firewall of your computer some routers have it built in too and you have to login to your router and open them or port forward as some refer to it as. if your talking about with your router i would go to your manual cause they tend to very. if you don't know where it is just go to the manufacture's site and you can download a copy
