  1. Believe it or not. But You have many negative points.

    1. SIngle

    2. Age only 26

    3. A female

I am sorry to point out the 3rd point but its important.

According to the US officials you fall in the impossible to get a visa category.

They want to grant visas to someone whom they know will return back and not stay in US.

If you are rich and can show that through your bank statements they will definitely grant you a visa if you tell them you want to invest

But the 3rd point i mentioned abt you being a female scares thme thinking you could marry any guy from the US ( stats show Americans like girls from Phillipines) so they dont like that...

    I hope this info helped

  2. If there was an absolute answer to that question, I'd bottle it and sell it and become rich. However, if you denied recently, you should seriously consider not reapplying soon, as you'll likely get the same answer. Obviously, you weren't able to convince the interviewing officer that you would return after a short stay in the US. The visa officers see lots of Filipinas who really intend to go to the US and get married, or work or whatever. So, how do you prove you aren't one, assuming of course, you do intend to return? You might consider going somewhere else for now. If you've never been outside of the Philippines before, a trip to Australia or Japan or Europe, and your return, would support your statement that you will return from the US. Otherwise, you should wait until your situation has improved, in terms of employment or other ties.

  3. Every case is different and people sometimes fail to pass because nobody can really give an answer. They have certain expectations and if you are not a student anymore or if you don't have a job, it is much harder to prove you don't want to overstay your visa. You are young and single and these factors also make you appear very mobile to them. This is not your fault but you can't do anything about it. All you can do is to prove you have some property in the Philippines where you would return and you have enough money. If this doesn't work, try to go to some school to prove there is something to finish off in your home country.

Give it another try. I wish you good luck!

Eddie, she said she wants to visit "for pleasure". I guess she meant she just wants a tourist visa.

Harry is right actually because it is even harder for you to prove you would return just because you are from the Philippines. The officials always look at the statistics about people overstaying in the States and I guess they have a very high rate from your country unfortunately. They obviously don't want that. The other is the marriage fraud factor. It is pretty bad that they have such pre-conceptions about a person they don't even know but this is the truth. And yes, if you were a guy, it would be easier also... as you can see there is not much you can do about this unfortunately. I'm sorry.

  4. Contact local immigration officials. They can guide you in the right direction .

Deport illegals, and keep the dream alive.

  5. You can marry a person in the US for lolz, that will get you in.
