  1. The DVD drive in your computer (presuming you have one) will allow you to change its region a few times (5 I believe).


  2. You need a multiregion DVD player. I would leave out trying on your PC, as they tend to 'lock' to a particular region after you've 'hacked' them a few times.

    Check out Richer Sounds. I bought my player there. Multi-region straight out of the box and for less than £50.
