Question:

How can you practice a breast kick without going to a pool?

I'm learning the breast kick in swimming, but I totally suck at it. The teacher tells us to practice on the bed. How are you suppose to do that, since a bed is flat. So how can I practice the breast kick without going to a pool?

  1. that was the first stroke i learned so i am very fast with what i did was pretended i was a frog and always use it when just playing in a swimming pool


  2. you can lie face down on a regular chair, where your arms and legs hang off. You can practice like that, because the floor won't be in the way of you kicking, plus you can use your arms too.

  3. stand on one leg...

    bring the other leg's knee to your stomach...

    point the ball of the foot of the leg in the air away from your body....

    bring your feet back into contact on the floor...

    repeat with other leg....

    thats one cycle... do 10 cycles.

  4. well, you lie flat on the bed, on your stomach.

    then bring your heels toward your butt. then do the out and around circular motion,  and snap them together at the end.

  5. While you can lie flat on the floor (or any other stable surface) the easiest way is to lie on a bench or bed with your legs hanging off the end (about mid-thigh), then just go through the motion - UP, OUT, Around.

  6. lay on a bench and strattle it no im not a perv lol thats the way my coach taught people ho had troble ith it
