i would juggle because it improves your ball control. hitting against the wall is also good because the ball will go in all different directions and it makes your speed and timing better. i do these things in the summer when we have a break and when i come back i am ready to go. i would also set up cones or a net and just take shots or dribble. doing these simple things really pay off and they help you in the long run. hope this helps :)

To practice by yourself try kicking the ball up against a wall or something and keep it going like that. You can also set up a goal and practice trying to score.

I would first recommend getting in shape.  Go running, do sprints, pushups, and sit-ups.  To play soccer you have to be in good shape!

Then I would get a set of cones and do drills with a ball.  Set cones about 2 feet apart and dribble through them, first with both feet, and then with only your right/ left.  Then practice accuracy drills: Set two cones about 5 feet apart (to start with) and stand about 10 feet away with the ball.  Try to kick the ball through the cones. Adjust where you stand and how far apart the cones are as you get better.  Also, practice juggling, and, if you can find a real goal, practice shooting.

However, it's best to practice with a team.  That's where you can really practice passing and strategies.  Good luck!
