Hand everyone guns and take a step back, that would promote both, anarchy would, people would have to depend upon each other hence forth would need to be more compassionate towards one another, and people would definately be more respectful, for fear of being shot.

simple , theres only one thing basically that causes problems between cultures, and that is religion, abolish religion, and allot of modern problems would vanish.

I'm assuming you mean every single culture, which will never happen and for good reason. Not all cultures are created equal, nor should we pretend they are. A culture that promotes the degradation and oppression of women certainly isn't equal to one where woman are considered equal to men.

You can't. Most religions say they are the only true right religion and everyone else is evil. Some religions even commend killing non-believers.

Most cultures if not all were based of religious beliefs.
