  1. LOL ! Its called being poor !

I had to make my own toys growing up . h**l , I had to even make up my own friends!

  2. that statement is no longer true nowadays....i have seen a lot of inventions here and they all have one purpose.......to make people more lazy.....true, the inventions here can cut down your time but where do they spend that saved time ---- doing nothing or watched TV and become obese....

this is just my opinion and I would say......Luxury is the mother of invention....

  3. because my mum invented it. hope this helps.

  4. Necessity is not. Microwaves, just to use one famous example, were "discovered" when a chocolate candy bar melted in the shirt pocket of a researcher. Then purposes were found for it.

The same with the laser. NO one could conceive of all the purposes to which it has been put, and it was originally thought of as merely a research tool.

  5. What would be the point of inventing something if it didn't serve any purpose?

  6. That is impossible to prove because I have seem many useless inventions.

Here is one of the web site for useless Japanese inventions
