How can you put on contacts without pulling on your lashes?

My lashes are really long so I'm not sure of any other way to do it, but I feel like I'm damaging them.

this is what i do, i look in the mirror and with one finger pull my the bottom of my eye down with my middle finger, i do it like under the lashes, and then use my other finger to pull up and i do it like right by the eyebrows kinda just a lil tiny bit lower and then i use my other hand to put the contacs in :)

well what i do is look straight into the mirror, lift up my lashes on to the lid(its even easier w/ long lashes) and just put the contact in without thinking about it.

heres a tip just pull ur lashes up put the contacts in and curl your lashes when your done so no one will notice

Open your eyes really wide when you put them in.

Your not sapose to even touch your eyelashes when putting in contacts.

I have been wearing contacts for years and if your pulling on your eyelashes your not putting them in correctly.

Before you are given a perscription for contacts, you are sapose to have your doctor train them so you learn the right way to put them in.

To put them in correctly apply your middle finger UNDER your eyelashes and just push up and with the same hand put your thumb under your bottom eye and pull down.

i just pull my bottom lid down as far as it will go and slip in my contacts

let me know if you tried it and it worked....

Tilt your head down, and look up, pull down your bottom lid and put in your contact.
