How can you put photoshop brushes for others to download on the internet?

I already tried megaupload, but it's not free. I need something absoloutly free with no money involved. please help! I already know how to make brushes and save them correctly. So help please!

A lot of people use DeviantART. Membership is free and they even have lots of other great brushes made by other artists that are free to download as well.
