How can you put ring tones on your lg rumor?

i wanna put a ring tone on my phone but i dont have internet but i have a memory card. how can i put a song on my albums on my phone so i can assign it or a video

Sprint is notorious for crippling their phones and you cannot use mp3 files in your memory card as ringtones.

You can't bluetooth files over either as they disabld OBEX.

They do that to make more money or to force users to pay for their $15 a month unlimited internet plan.

The only way is to make the ringtones for FREE with a site called

www.ventones .com

and by downloading it from your phone's browser. Sorry, those are Sprints rules, wish it were different.
