Online converters are mostly unstable and with limitation. I'm using a downloaded one. But I found a good online converter: http://www.convertdirect.com/

I’m using Moyea flv to video converter. You can download, play, and convert online flv videos to MP4 or MP3 format your ipod supports. I'm using it for a long time and it works very well.

Here are the easy steps. Hope it helps.

Install and start the converter to your computer.

1. download the video (it will automatically be saved to your hard disk)

2. convert the video to mp4 format (or mp3)

3. then sync the converted file to your ipod with itunes.
