How can you "awaken" your face?

In my past school pictures, I always look so tired! This year I want that to change. Getting more sleep isn't one of my options since it's my junior year, the toughest one yet. What are some ways I can "awaken" my face to seem less tired?

  1. try some makeup

    like highlighter or something

  2. slap ur face :]

  3. put concealer under your eyes and make sure to get enuff sleep.

  4. Try using a face highlighter to help your skin look more luminous and awake. Benefit makes one called High Beam and Mary Kay makes a highlighter pen. If you can't afford or find those, Physician's Formula makes face powders that help to illuminate the skin, making it look brighter and more awake. Try the Healthy Glow Bronzer, Powder Pallate Multi Colored face powder in Highlighter or Natural Glow, Retro Glow Illuminating Face Powder or Eyebrightener Multi Colored Eyelighter in Natural Eyelight. A pearly white (or cream, depending on your skin tone) works wonders to brighten up the eye area. Don't go for too shimmery though, you don't want to look sparkly in the pictures. Try dotting the white (or cream) color in the corner of your eyes and just a little underneath to help conceal any dark spots.

    I hope this helped!

Splashing your face with cold water will

  5. use a face cream that brightens your skin, and use a wash wash, after you wash your face always put on a face cream!!

or just put concealer or foudnatipon under your eyes or orange lipgloss. i heard it works great. just put it under your undereye circles before you apply all ur makeup.

    good luck hope i helped

  6. um take a shower in the mornings...And for the eyes I have found that cooled off brewed tea bags work really well with puffiness..The caffeine reduces it..Maybe use a tinted sunscreen if you don't wear any make up...and mascara and gloss

  7. One way to make your eyes pop, especially if your eyes look tired, is to to line the bottom of your eyes with white eyeliner. Then put on a light eye shadow on your eyes and some silver eye shadow near your tear ducts and right below your eyebrows. Then put on black eye liner on the tops of your lids and apply mascara.

If you have bags underneath your eyes you can put an ice cube in a paper towel and apply it where ever you have the bags. Then but on a concealer. (Make sure the concealer matches your skin tone or your skin will turn grey) Then add some powder over it :)

You can also put some mineral powder on your face. It is better for your skin because it does not block your pores and it can make your face look more fresh! It is also great if you have oily skin. (one brand is bare minerals)

  8. Try putting on more neutral and pastel hues,

like putting like colors (can use shimmery light shadows) in the inner corners of your eyes and underneath the second half of your brow!

  10. Wash your face, drink water or milk in the morning and take a shower

  11. Cold Water right when you wake up. Washing your face with SUPER cold water.

Use concealer to hide your circles under your eyes.

Set your Alarm On the other side of your room so when it goes off if its super loud it will scare you and you will HAVE to get up to turn it off.

  12. clean and clear morning burst, and you should really try to get more sleep, I'm sure there is something you could take out of your schedule to get some more sleep
